Cookie Policy
Every cookie this site sets, why it exists, and how long it lasts
Introduction
The Short Version
HumanAIFusion ("we", "our", or "us") sets only the cookies this website needs to work. We do not run advertising cookies, we do not run analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you or follow you to other websites.
That is why you will not see a cookie consent banner here. Under the ePrivacy Directive, consent is required for non-essential cookies — and we do not set any. This page lists every cookie we do set, why it exists, and how long it lasts, so you can verify that claim yourself in your browser.
Managing Cookies
Browser Settings
Because we set no optional cookies, there is nothing here for you to opt out of — so we do not show a consent banner or a preference panel that would only ever have one setting. Your browser remains the real control, and it can block or delete our cookies at any time:
What blocking them does: since our cookies are the ones that make the site work, clearing or blocking them will sign you out of your account and reset the sidebar preference. Public marketing pages will still read normally.
Check for yourself
You do not have to take our word for it. In your browser's developer tools, open the Application (or Storage) tab and look at the cookies for this site. On the public pages you should see nothing until you sign in or complete a form protected by Turnstile. If you ever find a cookie here that this page does not describe, please tell us at the address below and we will fix it.
Do Not Track Signals
Browser Tracking Settings
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to tell websites you do not want your activity tracked. We do not currently change our behavior in response to those signals — because we do not track visitors across sites in the first place, there is nothing for the signal to switch off.
Updates to This Cookie Policy
Policy Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our own practices. Any changes become effective when we post the revised policy on this page with an updated revision date.
If we ever introduce analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this page first and add a proper consent control before those cookies are set — not after.
Compliance with Privacy Regulations
Our approach is built to comply with the following, and our position under each is the same: we set only strictly necessary and functional cookies, so the consent obligations that apply to tracking and advertising cookies are not triggered.
ePrivacy Directive
Consent is required before storing non-essential information on your device. The cookies described above are strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested, which is the recognized exemption — so no consent banner is required.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
For visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK. Our lawful basis for the sign-in and security cookies is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data more broadly, including your access and erasure rights.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
For visitors in California. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out to provide.
