Consulting Engagements and Right of Refusal
Discretionary Nature of Consulting Services
All consulting services, including free and discounted community sessions, are offered at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, condition, or discontinue any consulting engagement or prospective engagement, with any individual or organization, at any time, for any reason or for no reason, without explanation, without prior notice, and without liability, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The submission of an inquiry, booking request, application, or payment does not create an obligation on our part to provide consulting services, and no engagement exists until we have expressly accepted it in writing. If we decline or discontinue an engagement for which payment has been received, we will refund amounts paid for services not yet rendered.
Free Community Sessions
Free community consulting sessions are a voluntary program offered to nonprofit organizations, registered charities, and religious organizations, including churches. Eligibility for the program is determined by us in our sole discretion, and we may request reasonable documentation of an organization's status before scheduling a session. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. Participation in a free session does not entitle any organization to further services and does not create a client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship beyond the session itself.
Compliance with Law: Nothing in this section will be interpreted or applied to permit the refusal of services where such refusal would violate applicable federal, state, or local anti-discrimination laws.

Authorship Disclosure
Editorial content published on our Services — including every article in the Imagineering Journal (our blog) — is human-inspired and AI-authored. Topics, direction, and review come from the HumanAIFusion team and originate in the research and innovation activity underway in HannahLabs; the writing itself is produced by our AI system. Each article carries this disclosure on the page.
No Warranty of Accuracy
AI-generated content is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and it may contain errors, omissions, or statements that become outdated. You should independently verify any information before relying on it, and your reliance on such content is at your own risk.
Ownership Is Unaffected
Content produced with AI assistance under our direction remains the property of HumanAIFusion or its licensors, and the Intellectual Property Rights and usage terms above apply to it in full. User Content

SMS and Text Messaging Program
Program Description
HumanAIFusion operates a text messaging program (the "HumanAIFusion Messaging Program") used to confirm, remind, reschedule, and cancel discovery calls and consulting appointments, to follow up on inquiries you have started with us, and to answer questions you send us. These are transactional and customer care messages that relate to a request you have made.
Consent
You will receive text messages from us only after you provide your mobile number and agree to receive them, either by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website or by telling a member of our team, or Hannah, our AI discovery assistant, during a call that you agree to receive text messages at that number.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Your consent applies only to this program, and we will not sell, rent, or transfer it to any other party or use it for any other messaging program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us. Messages are generally sent in response to a booking, a change to a booking, or an inquiry.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. HumanAIFusion does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation message and then stop. You may also opt out by emailing legal@humanaifusion.com or calling (682) 206-3661.
